Company Overview:
- Identify and target potential clients in the residential and commercial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand client needs and preferences.
- Use company software to create detailed and accurate proposals and floor plans tailored to client requirements.
- Present proposals and floor plans to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
- Work closely with the production, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Communicate client feedback and project requirements to the relevant teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress using CRM software - Salesforce
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Candidates with more than 3 years of experience are exempt of this requirement.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of minimum experience in a sales role, preferably in the flooring, construction, or related industries.
- Experience with proposal and floor plan software is highly desirable.
- In Home sales experience is a Plus.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to quickly learn and utilize company-specific software for proposals and floor plans.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
