the growth and success of our local franchise. As a Production/Office Manager, you will play a key role in
facilitating the expansion of our business. Our franchise is locally owned and operated, and we are
seeking an exceptional individual to serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers.
A new location of Floor Coverings International is currently being established, and we are looking for key
team members to grow our business. This location will be based in San Jose, California and will serve
customers located in West Santa Clara County.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in Office Management (2+ years)
Customer Experience/Production/Operations Management background
Strong communication skills (over the phone and in-person)
Organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in multi-tasking
Able to work independently without supervision and problem solve
Proficiency in managing crews, calendars, and salespeople.
Flooring or related knowledge preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain strong relationships with customers
Oversee daily office operations
Convert & schedule leads to appointments for the sales team
Support local marketing efforts
Keep the showroom and office organized and presentable
Assist in the development, management, and delivery of local marketing tactics
Meet with sales staff to discuss recent sales and review customer expectations and product
orders
Order all necessary products for jobs accurately and follow up on delivery
Schedule the job to meet the schedule of customer and installers
Communicate start dates and times with installers and customers
Update customers regularly on installation details
Daily updates on InspireNet and Asana regarding job status and upcoming schedule via the
Production Dashboard (internal tools)
Meet in customers' homes for job kick off, final walkthrough, and as needed
Update the customer ongoing on details of installation
Discuss and obtain written permission for any changes in contracted work
Compensation:
Best in Industry for this role.
Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000 plus bonus opportunities (negotiable)
